Hello guys, I do not know what else to try :(
For system failure I lost the folder www of wamp 2.5 and then I lost a local site, but remotely works perfectly.
I thought no big deal, so I downloaded with Filezilla whole site remotely on the PC, in addition the file sito.sql DB.
Then I tried to edit the configuration.php file to get it running locally.
Result: out dozens of warning:
11! ) Strict standards and 1! ) Parse error and the site does not open :(
What can I do?
I edited the entries:
$ Host = 'localhost'
$ User = 'root'
$ DB = 'DB name'
and logs and tmp local folders but nothing.
I forgot something?

HELP !!!!!!!! :(

Please paste here the warning/parse errors that you're getting. It might be either you are running a very old version of PHP on one end, or some of the downloaded files were corrupted during the download process. Note: it is always a good idea to zip the whole website and then download it as a zip file.

Be sure that you have created a data base with the name used in your remote site. Likewise, create a user with the name used in the remote site and give that user all permissions for all files in the database.

You are right, surely the files are corrupted during download.
How can I compress them remotely? I have to install a type Akeeba service?

I think there are all the permits.
When I search the properties of a site file there is no check "read only"
