index.php redirects to deleted contact form page

I was trying to add a contact form to our site, and after having problems getting reCaptcha to work on v2.5 I unpublished the contact form and category. Now when accessing the site (www.prpaper.com/index.php or www.prpaper.com) it redirects to the deleted contact form with the error: Contact not found.

Anyone know where to start with this? I've looked in global config and elsewhere and I can't think of any changes I've made that would have caused this. I haven't messed around with .htaccess or any redirects.
