Not possibility to log into administrator site after moving to a new server

Hello

I moved my website (Joomla 2.5) to a new server and configured configure.php file properly
But I'm not able to log into administrator site

When I input login and password and click 'Login' it goes back to login form again and clear data from login and password fields
The credentials are correct, when I've tried with wrong credentials then alert was prompted

I've read about similiar issues and i've check configuration.php file and few things in database but that seems to work fine

Did you have any idea how to fix that? Thank you

Could you try to create a new Super Administrator?

I've created a new Super Administrator but the same problem, it goes back to the same login form and clear fields

Possibly a php conflict?
