How do I create a new directory for media files? There is an "images" folder by default, but I need one more. Site version 2.5.4

In media Manger, you can create sub-folders under images. It cannot operate outside of the images folder.

PS. The JCE Editor have a better Media Manager than Core Joomla.

2.5 4 is totally outdated. The latest 2.5.28 have not been supported sine 2014 and will not run on the current versions of php.
