1.5 -> 1.6 now backend changes dont reflect on frontend?

Post by Guldaen » Tue Jan 18, 2011 5:11 am

If I login the frontend I can post articles and stuff.. but no matter what i change in the backend the frontend stays the same.

Ideas?

I used jupgrade and got no errors..

edit - apparently all the new files (like index.php) are in a subfolder called /jupgrade ??? how does that make any sense.. so it didnt install 1.6 in the root?

No, jUpgrade doesn't. This allows you to test the installation and make sure everything is working as expected, lets you make changes, then when you're ready you can move the file structure to the site root.
