Can't see front end on a 1.6 upgrade

I upgraded from 1.5.22 to 1.6 using jupgrade. I am able to see the back end just fine. All my articles seemed to have to have made the upgrade.

I even made sure to set one of the 1.6 default templates as my template.

However, I cannot see the front end. I get the following which must be generated from the program, because it's different than the ISP's 404 error.

All the SEF, SEO settings are "off"

Using Firefox 3.613, Win XP, and all the standard Php, MySQL that have worked fine with all my 1.5.xx releases.

The key is this part of the error message that you failed to include:
Component not found
I suggest you go into the backend and figure out what your menu is pointing to for the "Home" designation. You may need to change it to another menu link.

Not sure what you mean, but just in case, I added at "home" external link to the full URL.

You can see the "old" site at http://yoursportsfan.com/timewarp

If it will help, I can pm a userID with access to the backend.
