No access to my backend

No access to my backend

I can not access my backend below is the error showing on backend and frontend

Fatal error: Call to a member function isAdmin() on a non-object in /var/www/virtual/mysite.com/htdocs/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/admin/util.php on line 231
