Yes, thank you to the person who suggested looking in the assets table. I been having this problem ever since reinstalling all the files. I been pulling my hair out because I been going through the extensions table removing anything that related to an extension that I wasn't able to reinstall, but couldn't uninstall either, even though it was showing in extension manager/managed. Anyway, now I know that you need to look in the assets table and remove the offending item that you are finding it difficult to install.
