Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL.

Salve a tutti,
ho un problema con un sito. Ricevo l'errore "Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL."

Ho già visto i vari topic sul forum che ne parlavano, nel mio file configuration.php i dati inseriti per il database sono corretti, solo che, facendo un test, ricevo l'errore

"Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'USER_DATABASE'@'HOST_DATABASE'"

Io sono nuovissima di Joomla, la persona a cui ho chiesto di occuparsi del problema mi ha detto che "é come se ci fosse qualche blocco sull'IP".

Sapreste aiutarmi? L'hosting provider é Aruba. Purtroppo il sito é completamente andato :c
