My brief comment:

The premium template is good, I think by default it is aligned center. Vertical alignment is much better.

Slide show banner- some of the photos were stretched out (resize proportionally).

Ads- to much ads and if possible post an ad which is related to students and teachers. Dating site is not good for schools.
