Access to Joomla/Administrator broken down

When editing TFP, I altered some values obviously wrongly, because saving failed. I was not sure, which values I realy altered, so I choose to cancel the action. Also this failed. Then I thought: restart Joomla!. It will solve the problem - but in vain: The access to Joomla/Administrator was broken down.

I ask for help to get back the access to Joomla/Administrator.
Joomla!2.5.27; Windows7.

What is TFP? Also, how did you restart Joomla (technically Joomla can't be restarted)? Do you mean restarting the web server?

Hello 'itoptopus', thanks for Your quick response. TFP is a misprint, korrekt: FTP.
Concerning 'restart': My thought was: when I start Joomla! anew, it will show the situation before changes, because I could not store the changes. But as already told the result was different.
