I've created a registered User and added him to groups Author and Editor. How does the user access TinyMCE? User is able to login to Admin OK, but no TinyMCE. All he can do is Edit Profile.

Under Global Configuration, Author is Allowed to Site Login, Admin Login and Create. Editor is Allowed to Site Login, Admin Login, Create and Edit.

In User Manager, I set level Registered to Registered, Author and Editor having viewing access. Under User Manager Options Permissions, Create is Allowed for Author, and Create and Edit are Allowed for Editor.

I set TinyMCE Access to Registered.

Log in to the site backend. Go to user manager. Click on the user you want to use tinyMCE. On the right hand box, click on editor and select tinyMCE
