locked out of article manager

Hi,

I was resetting the permissions for 'article manager' and I've managed to completely lock myself out. I can no longer access 'article manager' when I log in to the administrator account.

How do I fix this please?

This should be fixed from phpMyAdmin. You will need to reset the permissions there. I'm not sure you'll be able to fix this from within Joomla anymore.
