Article access permissions problem

Tested on fresh installed Joomla! 2.5.
Go to the Article Manager and edit the article "Administrator Components". Set access permission to Registered. If you navigate to Home > Using Joomla! > Using Extensions > Components > Administrator Components (as unregistered/unlogged user) you'll see that you have no access to this article. Works fine, ok.
Now I want to show the link to this article for all the people that are not registered/logged in AND perhaps want to register/login to read this article. Usually you can make it by going to the Article manager > Article Manager Options and setting the option "Show Unauthorised Links" to YES. But if you reload the article page now and you are still not registered/logged in, you will see the WHOLE article. Feature or bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

The solution that I found for this article is to edit it and set somewhere in the article the "read more" tag (red hr line). If you reload the page now you will see the intro text and the button "Register to read more".
