We're getting started on planning for the Joomla 3 launch.

Our first task is to figure out, in a perfect world, what would we have ready for the Joomla 3 launch?

I'd like to participate in the contribution to Joomla! 3.0 Launch. Here are the things that I can handle for Joomla Community.

Producing Joomla Video Infographic about Joomla 3.0
Designing the art graphic banners
Writing the blog post about the new features in Joomla 3.0

Video Tutorials

In the social media the video tutorials is important for delivering the message to the end user. Thus, video is what I can do for Joomla community. You can watch well recorded video tutorials with voice over at here http://www.[youtube].com/joomlashine

Hi Steve,

Are you looking for sites to move to Jv3 prior to or just after the official release?. This would give you the basis for demonstration v3 sites.

I would be keen to help if I can.

As well as the core v3 release, I am looking to investigate whether this can incorporate a new "welsh" language version. A new welsh language pack is now available and under testing.

The challenge is coordinating across extension developers as well.

Welcome your thoughts?.

I am loving the improvements made in joomla 3 and with 3.0.2 just released a few days ago it just got better. Thanks all the contributors

Though these are already the usual methods, I think these are also the best means:
- creating quality content about Joomla
- associating the contents with useful videos, images and infographics
- social media sharing

The given methods are laso running till now and I am sure these are indeed the best methods.

We need some theme ideas for the upcoming Joomla! 3.3 release.

Some of the nee features we would like to focus on are:

MooTools to jQuery JavaScript conversions
Cloud Storage APIs
Microdata library implementation
Security / PHP Updates
Front end module editing

It is good. I think the optimal use of Joomla is the biggest propaganda notification for Joomla! 3.x
