Can I use my account to login Magazine and Forum?

I have registered an account for forum.joomla.org, but i can't use it to login magazine.joomla.org.
I'm wondering why? why we have to register two account in same web.

You need separate accounts to login to each of the following areas at joomla.org (they are, for all practical purposes, separate websites):

https://forum.joomla.org
https://magazine.joomla.org
https://extensions.joomla.org
https://docs.joomla.org
https://volunteers.joomla.org
https://issues.joomla.org (GitHub account)
https://community.joomla.org
https://resources.joomla.org

etc.

Thanks, @toivo, although the information doesn't substantially change my earlier response in this discussion and, from what I've read, I haven't seen any commitment from the Forum Team [FT] to use the Identity Portal [IdP]. The latest report on the progress of extending the IdP to cover a range of J! websites shows there's still a bit of work left to do if the IdP will embrace SSO for those websites that use it. We'll see what we'll see, eh?

Also, AFAIK, people will still need to create separate accounts—even if they're all managed under the IdP umbrella—for the different areas that they need to login in order to contribute to them. So that part won't be changing, AFAIK.

They are sub domain of joomla. org... so it means the sub domain and main domain couldn't share the user data.. am i right?
