Posting new topics in Joomla forum?

Posting new topics in Joomla forum?

Hi I hope I am not out of line posting this message here. My problem is I do not know how to post a message on the Joomla forum. Try as I might I cannot locate a compose new message or something like that. Please give me instructions if you can. Thanks, Adrain.

If you go to a forum board, e.g. General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x then you'll have the option "New Topic".
