Currently no moderation for service provider entries? Topic is solved

Hello everyone!

I did set up a Joomla! Service Provider entry beginning this month. The entry still has to be checked by a moderator until it will be published. But there's nothing happening scince then. I also did open a support ticket, asking if there's anything wrong with my entry, so that it can't be published. But the ticket is unanswered for nearly two weeks now.

I don't want to hurry anybody. I know that all the work is done by volunteers. I am just wondering if there's currently any moderator present, because my request for using a logo was answered within two days.

Does anyone know, where or who to ask?
