Dear Joomla moderators, I'm having trouble accessing my Joomla forum account and had to create this account in order to contact you.

I've tried recovering my password, but nothing arrives in my email. I used both the new password I added and the old one, but on the second attempt it locks me out, claiming that I've made too many recovery attempts.

I even thought it might be an issue with an old company email I used: [email protected] or [email protected] (these accounts no longer exist).

Account email: [email protected]

Could you please review my profile and generate a temporary password to send via private message, or check so that I can recover my password directly?

This is an important account to me; I've had it since Joomla started, and I was there building it with all of you!
