what you need may be quality, not quatity. So instead of 25 posts, you can require 5 topics created by members themselves and you can moderate the quality of topics. If they contain quality you want, you can approve and in case of no quality, you won't approve. I think it's fair

I think forum/community is a place of freedom of speech, so I have the right to express my opinion, and my opinion may or may not be correct.

This forum is about Joomla CMS and yes, we do indeed need quality posts and not quantity posts on this forum.
So far you have not posted any quality posts in which you use your Joomla knowledge to help other users.
Neither have you asked any specific Joomla CMS related question.

Freedom of speech means you can share your thoughts without getting in trouble. In a Joomla forum we have some

Forum users must follow these forum rules to keep discussions helpful and respectful, even if it limits what you can say.

If you want a signature, please be helpful and contribute useful posts.
Don't post useless messages to just increase your post count.
