Access to this forum
Hello,
I have been unable to access this forum through my regular wi--fi for about three days. First I got "403" and now it just times out. I can access through my phone cellular data and other wifi networks.
My IP address for wifi is
2601:648:8103:9d2:7d27:c4c4:cbcf:6280
Can someone fix this?

Re: Access to this forum
There have been a couple of occasions in the past few days when the forum site is unresponsive. I, too, have had the occasional problem of being unable to post a message on the forum—receiving a "403 Forbidden" response—and on other occasions the site just times out.
I don't think it's necessarily related to a fixed-point connection or WiFi. Perhaps the server has been under an unusually high load? Who's to say what might be the cause? The main thing is that people, such as you, are able to post messages on the forum.
There are, of course, genuine reasons why people receive "403 Forbidden" errors. For example, if the post contains a text string that might be interpreted as a way to "hack the site". For example, if you tried to post <*IFRAME> (without the asterisk), that would produce a 403 error.
On the other hand—this might be a stretch—you could attempt to flush the DNS cache. In MS Windows this is done by running the commandNo guarantee that this will make things any better, though. Something to keep your hands occupied, perhaps?

Re: Access to this forum
I can access through other wifi connections and via cellular. I think it's associated with my IP address.

Forum access blocked
I posted on this topic on Monday. There was some discussion and now I can't find the topic on the board any more.
I can't access this forum with my normal wi-fi. I've tried three different computers, one of which has never been on the forum or Joomla, and also my cell phone. I can access via cellular data,by taking my computer to another wi-fi network, or by turning on my VPN while using my normal wi-fi. That tells me my IP is blocked.
The IP address is
2601:648:8103:9d2:7d27:c4c4:cbcf:6280
Can a forum wizard unblock this please?
