IP address blocked?

IP address blocked?

forum.joomla.org cannot be reached from 80.212.91.124

Even pings are blocked.

I DHCP relased my router and got a new ip address to get access.

Nothing out of ordinary have happen, except I tried to post a sample of an email cloak html and got a 404 error.

My IP address has been blocked from the forum since August. I have no idea why. I've been a member since 2007 with over 500 posts. My ISP indicates to shut off router for 24 hours. Isn't there a better way? IP 24.238.54.236
