How to Change my Forum's Username?

I am very new and don't know much. So 2 problems I need help:
-I cannot edit my username. In account settings, I can change email address and password, but not username.
-As I don't know much about Joomla, I need a technical advisor to help me when my personal website has problems. I will pay you for your services. So please contact me if you are interested.
