Joomla Site Showcase Rejection

Hi,

My design agency site was rejected from the Joomla! showcase directory because:
"The site should not be a J! service or website building/hosting company (Rule 10)."

However, other sites are listed that are in the same field:

Is there consistency?

There is a lot of inconsistency with Joomla projects but most of the time it's because different people have different interpretations of the rules.
