Great work! Nice layout & responsive!

At first I missed the "Recent Changes" and the "toolbox" with "What links here",
but found them back under the "Browse" & technical (cogs icon) menus. :)

There is one thing that IMHO should be improved
The color contrast of hyperlinks
The current light blue hyperlinks with hex color #2ba6cb, are too difficult to read.

Could you please choose a better contrasting color so that the pages would better follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0

Tools to check the contrast & WCAG for a site:
http://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/
http://leaverou.github.io/contrast-rati ... b-on-white
http://wave.webaim.org/report#/http%3A% ... FMain_Page

Thanks!

Hi Peter, thanks! and agreed. We were walking a fine line of what looked best in multiple resolutions and types. Hi-def monitor vs. tablet vs. laptop vs. mobile phone(iPhone, Android, etc.)

I have a preliminary css fix for this, http://docs.joomla.org/User:Hutchy68/foreground.css. Just copy this css to your user page, just change User:[your username]/foreground.css and create the page and save.

The changes should take place instantly.

Take care
Tom

Wow, I didn't know that you could override MediaWiki's layout like that!
Works great!
Thanks!

The new docs layout on my laptop looks OK. Also, for me the contrast between text and hyperlinks os OK, and the links are well visible.

I have one suggestion concerning some minor problems with drop down menu layout on iPad. It looks strange - the menu list is placed horizontally in a manner that menu text is positioned on the left side and the small arrows on the right side. Generally, this is not very intuitive. Also, look at the huge distance between the searchbox and the search button. Couldn't these two objects be adjacent?

But generally - great layout!
