After updating to J 3.4 - problem with multi-language!

Reinstalling content languages, in some cases does not help.
The button "Home" and logo always has a prefix only default language!

Could you specify what is the issue you are facing?

What is your site's URL?

From which version you have upgraded to Joomla! 3.4?

The correct solution is as follows
Go to the langauge manager and content languages
Open each language - set the access level to public and save
When you have done th for all the content languages everything will be working

Same problem!!!
This problem remains! Still - proposed above only works on some sites. But I have two or three sites where the problem persists! What can be???

The translated version from PHP 5.3 to PHP 5.5.... Then again returned 5.3 - everything started to work! But this is not correct!???

I have PHP Version 5.3.28, but doesn't work without old plugin/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php...
