Re: Help with contacts??
It is not clear as to what you want.
Do you want to manage the contacts in the front-end?

Re: Help with contacts??
If you want to add them in the main menu two possibilities are there.
- To create a menu item for each contact, create a menu item of the type "Single Contact" and select the appropriate Contact.
- To list all contacts in a category, create a menu item of the type "List Contacts in a Category".
- To list certain selected contacts only, create a menu item of the type "Featured Contacts". For this, each of the contact you want to show in the list has to be identified/marked as Featured.

but all these tutorials say add your contacts into the contact component in the Joomla system, but I do not have that option as you can see in the SS above.

Re: Help with contacts??
aaha... you are inquiring about the Administration menu item.
It looks like there is an issue with your Contacts component. The reason being, when I clicked on Contact us on the site, getting the following error message.
This leads me to believe that someone has Uninstalled the Contact Component.
If there is a previous back-up of your site, before this happened and the content of the website has not changed much, suggest restoring the site from a previous back-up. Of course, before doing that, make sure to back-up the existing site (including files and the database content).
Review of the document https://docs.joomla.org/J2.5:Reinstalling_deleted_Joomla_2.5_core_extensions would be of help in resolving the situation. Even though the document is written for Joomla! 2.5, it is equally good for Joomla! 3.x.

Oh okay that makes sense. I will do that tomorrow. Do you by chance have quick access to a tutorial on how to back it up?

You can use extensions such as Akeeba Backup (https://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/extension/access-a-security/site-security/akeeba-backup/).
