Postby hyang » Wed Nov 15, 2017 5:59 am

When I try to create a new page in Azura Page Builder component, I received below error massages,

Fatal error: Class 'CthShortcodes' not found in c:\xampp\htdocs\administrator\components\com_azurapagebuilder\controllers\element.php on line 72.

Note: I use, PHP Built On Windows NT GP-W073 6.1 build 7601 (Windows 7 Business Edition Service Pack 1) i586
Database Version 5.6.11
PHP Version 5.5.3
Web Server Apache/2.4.4 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.1e PHP/5.5.3
WebServer to PHP Interface apache2handler
Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.3.6 Stable

I have no idea at all where to look at.

Please advise.

Thank you.

The error means you have been ignoring the update notice at the top of your screen long enough now...

... no it doesn't [haha] I don't know what the error means...
But you have been ignoring the update notice at the top of your screen long enough now.

You are on xampp: does this mean it's a backup/copy of a real site?
Make an extra backup and start updating, see if that fixes your issue.

Good luck.
