Site on hosting - "The resource you are looking for has been removed.."

I created site on Joomla 3.8.5. I use in my site:
-multilanguage
-SEF
-SP Page builder for articles
I use Azure as hosting for site.
On a local site it working. But on hosting I have error -"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable".
Any ideas and suggestions - I will be very grateful. I need to run the site and I do not know how to solve this problem.

I would contact the hoster to see what is going on. Personally I think there are better options to host a site than Azure but that is your choice.

Thanks you. I also think the problem is in the hosting. I need free hosting (only PHP) without MYSQL. If you know - please advise.

You can't run joomla without MySql?

I totally agree. but I'm practically at the bottom. There must be an algorithm for finding this problem. I have several sites on Azure and they working. The problem is multilang and SEF on my site.

I have many joomla websites, all are updated , all are using SEF and many of theme are multilanguage websites and none of them has any problem or had any problem in every joomla version that they used in the past. I don t use Azure. I pay to have my own server and i configured it to be friendly with joomla.

Also you said by your shelf where it is working. So in the place that it is don t working there is the problem and not in joomla.

I solved this problem. Azure use IIS, for SEF on IIS need web.config. This is detail - https://docs.joomla.org/Enabling_Search ... (SEF)_URLs

Here is a bit more encouragement to change hosts, joomla is dropping support for MsSql used on IIS in the near future. So be ahead of the game and start looking for a reliable hoster now .

For your information: MySQL is available and works all right in Azure as part of at least one of its LAMP stacks, Ubuntu LTS 16.04.
