Find documents that has being posted there

Hello,
I give up; so many ways to do it. (Joomla3.4 to Joomla 3.9.2)
I start new 3.9.2.
Only one thing is there a way to find documents that has being posted there Joomla 3.4 ?
I am going in the backway FTP !

They will be in the database so FTP not useful,use PhpMyadmin from your Hosting account control panel.
