HTML5 home page

I have do a web site where the home page will be an Image. But within two or three seconds of home page loading, it will get directed to the Joomla site.
Is there any extn, which can do it

Yes there are many extensions that will do the task. See the list https://extensions.joomla.org/tags/popups-iframes/
