Welcome to the forum!

Can you still access the back end? If you can, please set the level of error reporting in Global Configuration to 'Maximum' and enable Debug so that more details about the error can be seen.

Do you manage your own server? If you don't, you need to contact your host.

The memory allocated to PHP is usually at least 128M, just in case.

Go to System - System Information - PHP Information. You can then find the location of the php.ini from the the line with the with the heading 'Loaded Configuration File'.

Make sure you restart Apache after saving the file.

You are getting this error because PHP memory limit is hitting.
If you have cpanel access then you can increase the limit with MultiPHP INI Editor.
And if you have dedicated server then you can directly make changes in php.ini file.
You can check location of php.ini file by uploading phpinfo.php file with below code.
<?php phpinfo(); ?>

the server or the site?

Did the error occur during the update or after a completed update?

Out of memory can be because of a loop.

Your error looks like your custom template is causing the issue. If you can get to admin update your template.
