What about setting up the Global Configuration email settings? Does the test-send button sen you an email to the email you have specified there?

The Mail setting Said
Message
The email was sent to saovrysok012@gmail.com using PHP Mail. You should check that you've received the test email.

Check the Sent folder of your personal email. That is where the messages sent by Joomla end up, at least when using Gmail and SMTP.

When you marked the topic as resolved, does it mean that the messages were in the Sent folder?

You are right.

I think the Sending Test Mail (PHP mail, Sendmail, and SMTP) doesn’t support yahoo, hotmail and gmail. It works for me after I changed to website domain. PHP mail, Sendmail, and SMTP can send email into my only Website Domain.

It is the way of Joomla working or error?

thank u

My experience is that it isn't Joomla so much as the free email services like gmail, yahoo and hotmail. Make sure your domain is set up properly for DKIM and DMARC. Google those terms or check with your host provider for details.

Joomla uses the well known PHPMailer library, which works perfectly all right. However, your host may require the website to use their SMTP server and the host therefore blocks SMTP traffic from the web server to external mail servers.

As an example, if your host allows external SMTP traffic from your web server, you can use the Gmail SMTP server as the outgoing mail server by following this tutorial: How do I use Gmail as my mail server?

You may find other Gmail tutorials from the web, but some of them fail to mention the importance of using Application Specific Password (ASP).
