Log-off Not Responding

I have a fully updated 3.x site. My back-end log-off pull down selection is unresponsive. How do I fix it?

Welcome to the Joomla forum!

Use the Web developer tools (F12) on the back end page and check if the Console tab displays any javascript errors, highlighted in red.

Copy and paste the javascript error message(s) into your reply, or take a screenshot, save it as a .jpg file and add it as an attachment to the post from the 'Full Editor & Preview' page - see the button under the reply form.

If it is an error displayed in red in one script, it stops other scripts from working.

So, what do you suggest that I do? Is this fixable or should I just ignore it since I can always "X" of it.
