After deleting items in trash, could not log in to administration

Post by yandi12950 » Sat Jan 22, 2022 12:18 pm

Hi.

I also have the same problem. After deleting items in trash, I could not log in to joomla administration. When I checked on myphpadmin, I also found that root.1 all the way to ID 8 were missing.

I really keen to know, if adding lines manually can actually solve the problem.

Or, If I restore the akeeba back up, would it work?

Using Akeeba will restore both the site files and the database to the point at which you took the backup.

In the OP's position, I'd also be very keen to find out how/why those records came to be deleted in the first place.

Sorry, I forgot to update this thread. Yes, restoring backup website has solved the problem. I did not use akeeba though, but there is a backup utility under my website cpanel
