The administrator horizonal menu bar disappeared

I seem to have the same issues after upgrading to Joomla 4. The toolbar for the administrator is missing in every screen. It is just not there. I do use the Atum - Default style. Before the upgrade, I did not use the standard template style. Can this be the issue when doing the upgrade? How can I resolve the issue?

There is no horizontal admin back-end menu in Joomla! 4.

The admin menu consists of the "Home Dashboard" and the vertical menu array on the left side which can be fully displayed or collapsed using an arrow button near the top.

Please post a screenshot of your first admin screen after back-end login.

There is a plugin you can use to create the menu as horizontal/drop down menus like those in J3 if you wish to use it.
