Cant type the word "from" after moving servers

I recently moved one of my sites from an Amazon EC2 server to a whm/cpanel based server.

After moving I am experiencing a strange issue in at least one of my articles (haven't tested all of them but have tested several and created new pages)
When I edit this article I can't save it if I add the word "from" The word appears further up the article but after a particular point I cant add the word "from" and have it save the article.

I can save all kinds of words, form, for, fro but cant save from.

I logged back in to the old server and it will let me save the word from.

A few additional notes:
I do have cloudflare running in front of this and when i test on the old server it doesn't have cloudflare running.
When you first try to save it you get some kind of page that says "checking to see if it is safe" or something, it goes away so fast I couldn't get a screen grab and after the first time it doesn't appear. After that it takes you to a 404 category not found page. (the category exists)

Any idea why this would be happening??

Don't think so because I can add it to other pages. I can even add to the SAME page earlier in the page. It is just after a particular section of the page I can no longer add it.

Also, i have tried by not assigning any editor and just using the built in Joomla editor.

Hey guys, I figured out what was causing the issue and it was the mod_security rules.

I can see the rule that is causing it to fail the update and it is a sql injection rule so it doesn't like the from because it thinks it is trying to run a sql query. I don't know why but it must be something else on the page since you can do it earlier in the page.

If I find a fix I will post back.
