Invalid Module error when trying to create any module

Hello
I have the same problem for a few days: invalid module.
when I want to create a new module: any module.
test online or locally (wampserver). Joomla 4 and php 7.4 or 8. Same message. This happens on all my sites running joomla 4 up to date.

What backend template are you using? Do you have any layout overrides? What is the URL you're clicking to create the module?

Hi Thanks a lot answering me.
I was outiside for few days.
I met this problem in any joomla site 4.
I use japurity 3 which needs T3 frame work. But I have the same pb with Cassiopeia
Php is 7.4 or 8.1=same invalid module !
I tested on line or on local with wampserver (with 2 pc)
My last test on wampserver (I download the last version) doesn't product pb : I can install new module with my site local site. for instance : image aléatoire...
What is wrong ? PHP ? IONOS SERVER ?
