As you see in FPA debug is enabled
the error occurred after transferring to a new server

You still need to post the error with stack trace. We can't solve the error if we can't see it. Anyways, it's most likely going to be because you're using a very old Joomla version on a more recent PHP version.

This is session data. You need to post the error message with the stack trace. It should look similar to the attached image.

The option Error Reporting in Global Configuration is currently set to 'None'. Change it to 'Maximum' to get more detailed error messages with the Debug option.

I thing that call trace showing in frontend Is that correct?
Only takes from frontend is error 500 empry page

LiveSite: Is Not Empty , This should be empty,remove it in global config.

error 500 fixed after rollback to PHP5.6
I can see the first page (index.php) but the links on it give me error 404

as I mentioned I solved the problem with 500 by going back to php 5.6.
The first page loads normally (index.php) but I can't see any other html pages on the site
How can I solve the problem?

Having a value in live site affects url routing and that is your problem.

You have URL Rewriting enabled in Joomla but your server does not support it or you forgot to rename htaccess.txt file to .htaccess. Accessing URLs with index.php (e.g. diavgia.gr/index.php/προσφορές/cl-5210-4-4-f-orofis-kyrto-gyali-g9-detail.html) does work but produces a SQL error:

Which could be caused by MySQL upgrade. You needed to update Joomla and extensions first. Only then PHP/MySQL.

I found this seems it working but I must correct the problem because some urls are broken

The FPA shows your database (MySQL 8) is not supported on Joomla 3.6.5.

The FPA report shows a mix of old and new server technologies (MySQL 8.0.x with PHP 5.6.40 (or 7.4)).

Joomla 3.6.5, PHP 7.4 and 5.6.40 were retired (EOL) many years ago.

Joomla 3.6.5 was released nine years ago.
MySQL 8 was released about 7 years ago (clearly J! 3.6.5 was not written with MySQL 8 in mind)
PHP 5.6 was released ten years ago, and
PHP 7.4 6 years ago.
