What is DM Helper used for?

Hi
Does anyone know what DM Helper is in components and what it does? Should I remove it?

It's not a core extension....it's a third party extension "DM Helper" by "DM Digital"

I can't find any information about it.

Also I wouldn't be using Joomla 3 - it's out of support and has been since Sept 2023.
