J3: Recaptcha v2 not showing at all - Contact Form is being spammed Topic is solved

Hi,
I'm looking for assistance with the following.

The contact form of a website using Joomla 3.10.12 is not showing the Captcha. I'm using Recaptcha v2.
I've checked all the settings and they seem fine - screenshots here.

Initially I had a different issue as well. The Google map was not showing.
Then I followed ozneilau's suggestion and updated the Mootools files. This fixed the Google Map issue.

But the Recaptcha issue still stands. While others have reported the Recaptcha just loading or spinning forever, my issue is that it doesn't show at all!

Could you use the "Inspect" function from a Google Chrome or Firefox browser and check the "Console" for errors?
Maybe the external JavaScript needed for the captcha can't be loaded.

But most seem to be related to Google Maps and not Recaptcha.
How can I troubleshoot this further ?

Recaptcha is no longer an issue. We have removed the contact form.
