How can we change the image logo in Joomla 3.4?

Which template does the website use? If it uses Protostar that was installed with Joomla 3, follow these instructions:
Protostar Options - Adding a Logo.

BTW, Joomla 3.4 was released nine years ago, when the latest version of PHP was PHP 5.6. It would be time to start planning the update of the website and PHP to versions that are still supported because both Joomla 3.4 and PHP 5.6 reached their End of Life (EOL) years ago.
