Hi, I would like to ask how to configure my local joomla site that I backed up based on our live website.
I placed the folder inside the xampp/htdocs folder but when i access the site. it loads basic HTML but the scripts and other files are not loaded.

here is an example of returned url:
/public_htmltemplates/wave/css/jquery.fancybox.min.css
instead of public_html/templates

I already tried to configure it inside the htaccess but its not working

There should not be a public_hml folder. Move everything from it up to the htdocs folder.
