There shouldn't be any error in the above SQL Statement unless the database tables are corrupt. Try checking if your installation is complete. Or if the error may have been caused elsewhere.

I would first try to reinstall Joomla, and if thats not working correctly again. If you are on windows server check this post of mine:

I would check this post http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=707&t=785724

Download the sql in phpmyadmin

And download the configuration file and adjust it to your sql database and so on.
And you should be ready to go. If your online server doesnt allow you to build it online,
create the website offline without limits and upload files and sql when you are finished creating your website.

Always remeber to adjust the configuration file to your online database settins, it wont work with the same'configuration file as on usb webserver...

Could this is because i install fresh joomla and databse, and after that i delete all database tables and upload the old joomla 2.5.8 database to mysql via phpmyadmin?
Joomla 3.0 has diferent tables on database (compare joomla 2.5.8)?
Thank you.

Try installing joomla on a subdomain of another folder if you are using localhost and see what happens. I have been using various installations of joomla 3.0 and I am yet to experience such an error.

Indeed, that is causing this error. The 258 definitons of the table lacks column "language" which is why you get an error.
Issue with migrating? Include logs/joomla_update.php in your report!
Blank screen? Verify pagesource for HTML code (javascript error)
Installation failing on populating database? Install with set_time_limit(0)
Document your customizations!
