Contact form - how to attach lov with subject

Hello,

I am using core joomla contact us form (single contact) so that user can contact administrator. I noticed that this contact form has a field "Subject". I want to use the same contact form for different purposes including reporting any bug, giving suggestions, enquiry etc.. Can i attach an list of value with subject so that user can select only one of them. How is it possible?

I may be missing something and there would be easier way to do this. Please also suggest the best way to achieve my above requirements.
