Might someone explain to me what "ucm_history" is in the Joomla" database?

Can I truncate it without problem?

There is a new feature, revision history, which lets you undo a change to your articles. It is enabled via Article Manager -> Options. The ucm_history table contains previous versions of articles. Truncating that table will simply remove your ability to roll-back articles to those versions you have previously stored; they will be replaced (new entries will appear in ucm_history) if you truncate the table but resume working on your site without disabling the feature. If you want to keep it from regrowing, turn off that feature.

And if I disable the revision history, how can I clear that table.

It is 150MB !

I have a strong suspicion you can only do that manually?
