Post by guru4rmzion » Sun Jun 25, 2017 4:18 am

Please i have two index pages on the home directory of my website so i had to rename the joomla index.php page to index02.php but i later noticed all the pages and articles i have written before becomes broken as index02.php is appended to the url .... so it leads to a broken page. How do i fix this. Thanks

Put it back to index.php! What are you trying to achieve. You shouldn't need another index in the root, you can create any alternative home page with Joomla article and a different template.

Yeah.. Done that... I have created an alternative home page and everything works fine.
Thanks. Migrating all joomla files and folders to a subfolder was initially the challenge but i have been able to fix that :D :D :)
