Search in custom field

Hello everyone, pls help me solve this.

I created some custom fields to display details of my document: Title, number, date created, type,...

Now I want to search in these field, but look like joomla doesn't allow it.
I tried both Search and Smart Search, it still same result.
I tried to find some extension but still no use.

If possible, pls help me build a search form like this, for search in article and custom field.
