Possible error in "Contact Form" and using "Google Chrome"

Possible errors when using contact form, and the browser used is Google Chrome version 63.

It will not perform "accordion-toggle" when clicking on "contact" or "contact form".
As a result, users can not use my contact form.

I have a contact form, which I have spent a long time without any problems.

I am using joomla 3.8.2.

To be sure I have installed new fresh 3.8.2 and performed the following test:

Used https://www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/ ... in-joomla/ as a model to create the contact form.

Tested with

A) Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0 Microsoft EdgeHTML 15.15063 without errors.
B) Newest Opera and Safire without errors.
C) Google Chrome version 63, with errors. (not working)

The temple is "Protostar - Default"

It looks like a jave script error.

Just an additional information:
display format is Plain

hi.
tested now on Chrome 63 (64bit) and clean 3.8.2 (Protostar, both Plain and Slider form mode)
no errors, messages stored (testing on local server)

m/b you have some Chrome extensions or userscripts?

at least, if you suspect js error you must open console (Ctrl+Shidt+i ) on Console tab and see if you have any.

First thank you for investigating the possible error.

The error found under settings, Javascript was turned off!

My mistake or an update occurred. It is dangerous to test with more browser, you may find mistakes. Sometimes only 40 cintimeters from the screen.
