i have the site name http://example.or.tz i am tying to login give this error
Fatal error: Class 'FOF30\Container\Container' not found in /home/exampleor/public_html/plugins/quickicon/akeebabackup/akeebabackup.php on line 225

If you overwrite the core joomla files, your issue might be resolved.

Can you help me i do not know to overwrite the joomla files because am to familiar in php

To do that only download core joomla zip file with the same version you have in your site from joomla site,
open and run zip file in the root folder of your site, let all files become overwritten, then go to extensions->manage->data base->fix database in backend of your site, hopefully this will give you result
